Instructional Design
I believe deeply in the power of education and creativity, and I bring both into everything I design. With a background in visual arts education, I love turning complex ideas into learning experiences that feel clear, engaging, and a little bit delightful. To me, learning should feel intuitive, human, and inspiring, not overwhelming or dry. I enjoy transforming dense content into interactive, visually rich experiences that guide learners step by step and actually make them want to keep going. When it all comes together, the result is learning that sticks, supports performance, and makes a measurable impact.

Safety in the Workplace
Project Overview
This microlearning module focuses on workplace safety decision-making. Learners are presented with realistic scenarios and must choose the safest course of action. The module is designed to reinforce safe behaviors and encourage learners to pause and think before acting in everyday work situations.
Learning Objective
After completing this module, learners will be able to identify safe workplace behaviors and choose appropriate actions in common on-the-job scenarios.
My Role
I designed and developed this project end-to-end, including instructional design, visual design, interaction development, and content creation.

Instructional Design Approach
This module uses a scenario-based learning approach to promote decision-making and real-world application. Instead of presenting information passively, learners are asked to evaluate situations and choose how they would respond. Immediate feedback is provided after each decision to reinforce correct behaviors and address misconceptions. The content is structured to keep the training focused, relevant, and easy to complete.
Design Decisions
Realistic workplace scenarios were used to make the content relatable and applicable. The design prioritizes clarity and simplicity to ensure learners can focus on the decision-making process without distraction. Feedback was written to be direct and instructional, helping learners understand not just what the correct answer is, but why it matters for safety.
